Shipping Method
Upon
receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on
average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a
tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7
business days. Shipping is made via EMS,UPS,DHL.

(2)All order total low $150,shipping cost is $15 for EMS.
Return & refund
All
returns & exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the date the
package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new
condition as received, with the original box they came with without any
tape or marks on the shoebox. Refund will be given as:Money Back

Please note that the items you return must be sent back in same condition as originally shipped, you have to pay for the cost of shipping and insurance to return yourself.
